Welcome to the Zach & Grace online store. This website and all digital products sold through it are operated by Zach&Grace Ltd.

By purchasing or downloading any digital products from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Product License

All digital products sold on this site — including Lightroom presets, templates, and design resources — are licensed, not sold.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these products for personal or commercial creative projects, including client work.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or repackage the digital files in any form

  • Claim our products as your own

  • Share, gift, or transfer the files to others

If you are purchasing on behalf of a team or organization, please contact us for multi-user licensing.

2. Refunds, Cancellation & Withdrawal Rights

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Consumers residing in the European Union may have certain statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. However, by purchasing any digital product from Zach & Grace Ltd, you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of digital content following purchase.

You acknowledge and agree that once the supply of digital content has begun, including by providing access to downloadable files, online courses, templates, resources, or other digital materials, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling-off period that may otherwise apply.

As a result, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once digital content has been delivered or access has been provided.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable law where digital content is defective, not as described, or where mandatory consumer protection legislation requires otherwise.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, contact us before completing your order.

3. Delivery & Access

Upon successful payment, your digital files and/or course access will be delivered electronically via email, download link, online account access, or another digital delivery method specified at checkout.

Access to online course content may be provided through third-party platforms selected by Zach & Grace Ltd.

Delivery is deemed complete when the download link, access credentials, or digital content is made available to you.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate and that you have access to the software, devices, and internet connection required to use the products.

If you do not receive your files within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team at hello@zachandgrace.co.

4. Usage Rights

Your license allows usage across unlimited personal and client projects. However, you may not use our products to create competing products (e.g., preset packs, design templates, or training resources for resale or distribution).

We reserve the right to revoke access and pursue legal action if we detect license abuse.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and digital products on this site are the intellectual property of Zach & Grace Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Digital Content Compatibility 

Our products are designed for use with the software, platforms, and versions specified on the relevant product pages.

It is your responsibility to review compatibility requirements before purchasing. We are not responsible for issues arising from unsupported software, incompatible devices, incorrect installation, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Where applicable, product pages will identify supported software versions and file formats.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zach & Grace Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, or issues resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Results may vary depending on camera settings, software versions, and individual workflows.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
